How do I book?

You can submit a request for a quote or you can email/message us directly. We will gather details to check availability. Then, when the details are known, we will send you a rental agreement and invoice for the deposit. Final deposit is usually due 7 days before event.

 

Can I customize my rental?

Yes, we turn ideas into reality on a regular basis. If you have something in mind, we will help you bring it to life!

 

Do you deliver?

Yes, our items include free delivery and setup to Louisville and surrounding areas.

 

Can I add florals to the items?

Yes, we allow the florists to add to our rentals. We ask that no holes be made in the pieces. Fishing line, zip ties, and pipe cleaners really come in handy!

 

Can I cancel my Monthly Date Subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime without penalty. However, any amount already paid won't be refunded.

Does the Monthly Date Subscription Include Tickets or the Meal?

No, unfortunately it does not. However, we try to provide coupons for either the meal or event!

How is the Monthly Date Plan Delivered?

It will be delivered to the email you fill in during checkout!
